TransitionFX Action, applied to the bar, set to Blind Down on page load, another copy of the same action applied to the button, set to Blind Up the bar. (You can apply an Action to an element which will then control a different element.)

I have the bar coming down with the TransitionFX, it works great.

I do not know how to make the bar “grow” or “shrink” to the page size.
Do you know how to make the bar do that?
