[Pro] Transition FX

I have used the curtain down transition fx, but the transitions take place in a very “shocky” not nice way. What can cause this?

Please check this page http://tarrels.eu/faq.html and click on one of the questions.

Please do not judge the content. It is a fun intended webpage.

Hello DTP2,

From what I can see the questions are all visible without any need to click. Are they supposed to be hidden until clicked on?

I shall reserve comment on the subject matter in case it descends into lavatorial humor possibly inappropriate to this forum! But stick with it!

Thanks for your response.

Since I already have the website live (believe it or not, but people were asking for it) and the effect really bothered me and could not get it solved, I decided to make them all visible.

Would ScriptyAccordion not be an option for you?

Hi Dave. In the past I believe it was called show/hide layer and it worked perfectly for me.

Now yesterday with the Transition FX, the settings looked the same, but the effect itself was really bad. When I had about six boxes with the effect applied, really everything was going wrong. I double checked all the names and targets, but they all looked good.

So I decided to remove the action and actually it looks great so I will leave it that way.

This afternoon I added a fake ordering button with this effect and now the effect works like I expect it to.

If I ever need this effect again, I will learn how to use the ScriptyAccordion action. I’ve never used this one so thanks for pointing me in that direction.

If you want to see the effect working properly, please check out http://tarrels.eu/faq.html and click the big red fake ordering button.
