In the upper right, they have translator to different languages, how can i add that to freeway

That one might be a specific Wordpress code widget (which is unbranded). That may be a commercial script or it may be free, but it is unusual for that type of functionality to be free if it is unbranded.
However, you can get the free Google Translate function on your page (which will be branded if you use their free service) by setting up the widget at https://translate.google.com/manager/website/.
When you get the code from Google you will probably need to copy the code, go to your Freeway page, go to Insert>Markup item, paste in the code and click OK. This will place a small item on your page with on it (which signifies that it’s a markup item) - resize it to suit and then move the item into the location on your page where you want it to appear. You may need to test it a few times to get the size of the item correct (but check to see if there are pixel dimensions in the markup code that you can use to resize the item accordingly in Freeway).
