I’m trying to figure out how to create a transparent layer of color to float on top of photos and text on a page. I tried to create a graphic item with a transparent background color and it looks fine until I click preview and it becomes a solid color. Then I tried the same process with Fill master action and it did the same thing. Am I trying to do something that is not possible? I cannot find any other process that sounds like it will work.
