Bingo !

Is there a way of doing this with the stock actions, or do I need some additional magic?

Ultimately, I’m looking to do is to have a sticky navigation bar that smooth scrolls to 3 or 4 anchors on the page where content (appears) fades in… then if you return to the top of the page the lower page content fades back out (resets).

Thanks, Dave!

That particular example uses Protaculous2 along with some hand coded javascript.

So strictly speaking not stock actions.

While my example is relatively easy to set up as there are only 2 items that appear/disappear and at only 1 point on the page (after 300px scroll) it would certainly start to get tricky if you had more items appearing at more points in the scroll.

It can be done but there aren’t really any actions (apart from Protaculous2) that are going to help you to create the necessary javascript.

Thanks,

I have not used Protaculous2, but I will install it and try my hand at it. Is there anything you might be willing to share with respect to the hand-coded javascript necessary for this effect?

Thanks, David.

Sure - I can send you an example FW page. Let me know what version of FW you are using.

My email address is on my People page at FWT
