[Pro] Underscores in uploaded WebYep attachements

A client ask me to remove the underscores from the filenames of the WebYep attachments.
When he uploads a file named “one two three.pdf” the filename turns into “one_two_three.pdf”

Does anyone know how to prevent this?

Educate your client. Spaces in filenames (which is all that URLs are, anyway) cause them to be ambiguous. Technically, the moment you hit a space in any filename, you have found the end. Underscores are added by the uploader so that your URLs will be correct, and all browsers and other servers will have a completely trouble-free experience browsing to and downloading these files. They are a feature, and when they are missing it is a frank bug and a sign of inexperience.

Dont have spaces in the file name in the first place. WY is just trying to keep things right.

Get your client to use proper file names that dont include spaces in the first place.
