[Pro] Unusual Link to PDF action behavior

The web page in question is http://www.glryou.org/lessons.html

All of the lesson links are “Link To PDF” actions. They are all contained in a main HTML item. The top set of five links and the next set of three links are different from all the others and act differently. I’m puzzled as to why.

Those two top sets have the following characteristics:
Their inspector boxes are normal HTML boxes with ALL the properties.
They space properly on the Safari page but NOT ON an IE page.
They DISAPPEAR on the Freeway page when inserting text in the HTML box containing them. They reappear when the cursor is clicked outside of the main HTML box.

The other links have the following characteristics:
Their inspector boxes are NOT NORMAL HTML boxes with all the properties. They only have 2 properties: title and color, nothing else.
They space properly on the Safari page AND ON an IE page.
They DO NOT disappear on the Freeway page when inserting text in the HTML box containing them.

I’m missing something here and I don’t know what it is.

Thanks,
Jacob
