[Pro] update problems

Hey, when I download I just get a text file. I’ve got my serial number, any ideas?

from the update splash page when I open my program, then it links to SP and I try to update from there, wrong?

Same thing, I’ve tried three times. Can I send you an attachment somehow? Everything else on my comp seems to be fine, I’m on a PowerMac running X.5.8.

The other thing to try (in Safari) Right click the download link and choose Download linked File As

It seemed to work with FF, but never asked me for my serial number, is that right? This “e” doesn’t seem to work:
support(@)softpress.com, I’ll send to a different address from your website.
