[Pro] Updating Flashed-based Slideshows

Hi. I am trying to update the slideshow I created on this page ( http://www.soardurago.com ) several years ago. I want a video that will work with iOS devices and have better mobile compatibility. My client will not go for a completely separate mobile site, so I’m trying to make this one have broad appeal.

I’ve used several applications over the years to make flash based slideshows. But, I want to avoid flash. What are you all using?

I’ve tried the Freeway’s Showcase that came with the FW 5.5.7 update, but compared to the smooth, sometimes fancy transitions I’m used to (including Ken Burns effect), the final output of Showcase seems limited.

I’ve considered making the slideshow in Pulpmotion or other application, uploading to YouTube, and let YouTube handle it. But, it seems there should be a better way.

I’d love to hear thoughts/solutions etc.

Take a look at HYPE: http://tumultco.com/hype/

This is a very recently released product but seems very stable. There has been some discussion here about it also.
