[Pro] Using a Font that a viewer does not have

Take a peek at this webpage Get Method. It uses the font adelle all over it. I could view this page just fine “before” I installed adelle.

Well I wanted to get adelle working on my site so I created a Style using Adelle. It works fine if the computer has adelle installed. How to make it work across “all” computers is the question?

You need to “embed” web fonts luckily there’s an action for that.

Hi Steven

You might want to look at this knowledge base page:

It’s where I started when I needed to know the very same answer.

I use the Caxton all the time, and it works flawless for Mac, Windows and Linux browsers …

It’s pretty straightforward, create a webkit of the font on http://www.FontSquirrel.com, within Freeway, insert the action somewhere outside the page, select the .css-file that came with the webkit, create a font set named after the web font (including the ’ '), and apply the web font to the styles.
