[Pro] using sequence timer on an ipad without wifi

Hi there, has anyone got any answers to a curious problem I’ve encountered loading a freeport site onto an ipad for presentations using and ipad app called Kiosk Pro.

Using sequence timer and target show/hide layer I’ve set up a home page to automatically run on launch of app. This works fine when connected to the internet but… when there is no network connection it will not run! All the files are locally loaded, the Kiosk Pro app runs the page well when online and if started in a wifi area will continue to run when not. But not if launched initially without wifi! It is definitely not finding the initial file online btw. Any suggestions gratefully received!

Not familiar with Kiosk Pro but if the app hasn’t got the Javascript files stored locally then this isn’t going to work as the web page is looking for them in an online repository.

I think there are other apps that might work with this like http://www.isaveweb.com/

This thread also offers some suggestions on moving sites to the iPad for offline viewing;

including the app GoodReader;
