I have a site with rollovers and targets which works well. It would be incredible to use the ScriptyFader Action (as shown in the rolllover example with the action itself.) I’m baffled, not sure which ScriptyFader action to apply where and what I need to modify in the simple rollover/target menus which I have completed. I’ve just finished my first web site and would like to see my website targets fade from one to the next as rollovers are clicked on, as in the demonstration example.
Thanks for your response.
On the page FOLDS in my site I want to use ScriptyFader to have the selected target image fade off as a new selected image fades on.
This is the solution I’m seeking to accomplish but I’m missing something. I’ve replaced all the targets with Show/Hide Target just as I had originally with the Target action and nothing happens. I’ve read the manual and tried it several ways. I think my problem is in selecting the options for Show/Hide Target, which are not clear for me in the manual.
Thanks Dave,
It works great except on your example the first target image stays on screen when the cursor goes off all rollovers and I cannot get image #1 to stay on screen like it does on your example. Checked both your example and mine and I can’t find the problem.
If you look at my example you will see that the Item folds1a has no actions applied to it so it is there all the time. It is the others that appear/fade over the top of it.
I duplicated the first image and placed it in the background with no action. Now the folds page does not work at all. There is still something I am doing wrong.

Look in the Site Pane at the Left and make sure that the header is set to Page rather than Site. When you do this all the items on the page will be listed and the one furthest down the list is actually higher up the pile (on top)
You have 2 items in that list
folds1LRG1 and folds1LRG
Select 1 of these (they should be duplicates) and whichever has the Target SH action on it send to back. Do the same with the one without the action on it (after you do the one with the action)
This will ensure that the one without the action as at the back with the one with the action on top of it.
At the moment you have one with no action on it on top and all the others are coming and going underneath.
