[Pro] Video Background covering buttons??

Hey Everyone,
I’ve been searching all over to figure why my videobackground action is making my links on mobile devices unclickable. I haven’t had any luck in the archives. Works fine on desktops.

I’ve tried to set the z-index on the video image as -1 and buttons on the page 99,98,97 and so on. I’ve tried to ‘send to back’.

Great software by the way. I haven’t used Dreamweaver since I found you guys. Thanks in advance for any help…

Hi Wes

Just wanted to thank you for showing us your site.

I was intrigued by your Options boxes and the wow.js that powered them.

Always pleased to find little js scripts like this.

And I am assuming Walter’s update to the Video Background action sorted your problem.

I added a script to the Action that removes the video entirely on mobile browsers. I thought it was compatible with mobile because it was HTML5, but those browsers put a click-to-play overlay over any video, and that steals any click events in the same bounds.

Wes has done a great job on making this site his own. It is based on my Monarch template and uses the AnimationFX Action which utilises both wow.js and Animate.css. Currently this is one of three Actions are only available as part of this template.
