The voucher is paid for over the telephone, and then posted to them. Posting off the vouchers is not ideal and I should like to know how to apply some sort of number code to a pdf which would enable a customer to download. I need to understand how to do this and avoid the vouchers being duplicated. Is there a simple way to do this? I already have a response form for bookings, can this be used for voucher requests?
A PDF or an image may be “personalized” like this using an application running on your server. I’ve built a couple of these before. There are a lot of different options for you to explore, but most of them require quite a bit of programming expertise, or at the least, system administration expertise. What sort of server are you using to host your site? Do you have root privileges there?
