[Pro] W3C Validation

I’ve recently added three ‘badges’ to my home page < http://www.wildcottagemull.co.uk/ > to back link to an advert and two review websites. [WalkHighlands, Rated Places & TripAdvisor]. The first one causes no problems. The other two make my homepage fail validation. I’ve discovered from the webmaster for ‘Rated Places’ that I’m putting a div inside a paragraph. I can see this in the code but have no idea how to tell Freeway not to! In both cases I’m reluctant to change the markup code given. Any answers please!
