I wish to use the font sofia light, 88pt, white on my site.

Is this a no no?!!

If I create .sofia style, white, 88pt & can I just style via extended dialogue.

100

Or smaller, or lighter?

Is it also best to style teh family too:

font-family
Sofia Light, 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Tahoma, Geneva, Arial, sans-serif

Any advice pls

Where are you getting the webfont from? Or are you only aiming for users
who already have the font?

You can use font-weight:normal or font-weight:bold to style as well.
