HI Scott
How are you going to use these ticks and what is there purpose
are they purley for indication or will they actually do something
if its something you want to add as some sort of indicator then yes I can think of a way to do it
if you could tell me which it is and then I can try to sort something out for you
speak soon max
sorry for the delay in replying, I was getting married!.
Picking this up again,- I’d like the Yes/No options to be tick boxes that when logged in the administrator can tick or un-tick accordingly. Its purpose is purely to indicate an on or off state to anyone visiting the site (visitors can’t be allowed to change the state). Short of uploading a tick or a cross as an image, I can’t think of a way to resolve it?
Hi Scott
Congratulations and its a good excuse for not coming back to this one … :o)
As a wedding treat here is an example of what I thought you might be able to do for you client
it basically uses two styles a Y style and N style and all the client would do is choose which one they wanted to show
all the best max
I had a look at your solution and it all works fine, although I’m sure you’ll agree this is a laborious process for such a simple task. It would be nice if there was some kind of interface to automate all this. Maybe in the future?
Hi scott
I am not sure how to reply to that… ummm its only five characters for the client to write and means there are no uploads… I am fairly sure a tick box function wont be added for some time if ever, so the other alternative is to upload images which is not a great method for what you are wanting to do,
anyway if any one else has a better methods then I am sure they will chip in.
true, only five characters for the client to enter should be easy enough. I can’t complain, I’m loving the Webyep CMS system just want to see it do well.
