Can someone please take a look at this site, www.hannabenjamin.co.uk, and resize their browser window. I need to know why the buttons are moving and I cannot think of the reason.

No - not fixed in window.
Rather they have been set relative to the bottom of the page/browser window.
In the inspector with the item selected look in the Dimensions section. The bottom right of the 6 entries is set to 64px. (Bottom inset) This means that this item will always be 64px from the bottom of the browser window.
Delete that and use the Top Inset instead

All you actually need to do is click on the icon to the left of the Top Inset dimension box to set it.
