[Pro] Why does my site not work on iPhone?

Can someone view my homepage on an iPhone and tell me why all the text merges into each other.

Is it a setting I’m using (or not using) or is it my designing techniques in freeway that’s not up to par?

Thanks

You will see the same effect if you look at your site with desktop Safari and enlarge the text - first use Safaris View Menu>and check the Zoom Text Only option.

Your page is constructed with layers that overlap if the text is too large.

Thanks David, I see what you mean about the desktop zoom function.

Does that mean I have to change the way I’m designing my pages if I want them to appear natural on an iPhone - the same way most other sites seem to appear correctly?

Or you could have a cut down version specifically for iPhone/Smartphone

BTW Tony & Guy should read Toni & Guy

!!! we copied & pasted that from an external review site so was a customers spelling error. Are we allowed to alter stuff like that?

I need to research how to make a mobile version in freeway as I’ve never done one before. I guess time issues would come into, making another version of the same site, but something I can look into.

Is there anything in the meantime I can do to get the current site looking half decent?

Well, considering you might be bending copyright just by using that
content on your own site [wry grin] this seems like a very small
point! Personally, I would lean towards using the correct spelling.

The old site had a direct link to that page so I guess it wasn’t an issue then. I think I’ll live with the small point lol and get the spelling changed.
