[Pro] Wordpress Site - Yeah, I know!

So, I use Freeway for my main website. That’s great, I love Freeway. However, for a photographer blogs have become all powerful for SEO reasons. So many photographers are now using Wordpress Blogs for that very reason alone as their main website. I’m not ready for that at the moment.

My main question is this. Has anyone come across an easy way to design sites in WordPress? I currently use ProPhoto - and it’s way better than raw WP. But it’s still not Freeway. I’ve just been looking at Visual Composer, Ultimatum, Headway and some others, which are drag and drop interfaces for WP. I wondered if anyone here had any experience in these things?

I want simplicity - for the same reason I use Freeway. I’m visual. I want to be able to pick stuff up and move it around. Easily. Not mess with code if at all possible.

Pity Softpress doesn’t make a WP design program. Would be excellent.

I haven’t used anything like this but I would also be interested in learning more.

Out of curiosity, why Wordpress? Not that it’s bad, but if what you’re after is a blog there are many other CMS options that provide a much more user-friendly way to design a site, many which can be integrated with Freeway.
