Hi All
Just downloaded the 5.1 update and thought I’d try the RSS Feed Action. All goes well apart from the fact that whatever I put in the items link field, the link always publishes as the index page for the site.
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
How do I make the link go to the relevant page in the site?

Hi Tim,
As mentioned in my support email I couldn’t see any problem with the
feed. I also looked at the version you uploaded to your site and it
was fine too.
Is there a particular reader you were looking at it in? The only thing
that I can think of is that your reader you were using was looking at
the link in the channel tag (which is correctly set to your home page)
rather than the item tags (which are correctly set to the article the
feed item is referring to).

Hi Joe
It seems that the problem lay with my RSS reader. I’ve been using Vienna for testing this as it is the reader that I use most of the time, so I tried it in Opera and it all works just fine.
I still have a lot to learn about RSS, but at least I now know that I can test reliably!
