Quicktime Movies

Hi. I just began using the trial version of Freeway 5 Pro. I am a commercial editor and have created pages that include quicktime movies as .mp4 files. The movies play perfectly, but the problem is that no controls for quicktime appear along the bottom of the viewer. It is just a black screen that begins to play. You can start or stop the movie by double clicking, but there is no volume bar, no progress bar, etc… Any ideas/solutions for this issue?

Do you have the “show controls” button checked in the Inspector when you select your movie?
