Re:

Hi Max,
I have just installed the new 1.4 version of WebYep but can’t see the config files mentioned below. Is this a file I need to ccreate and populate?

Thanks,
Richard

  1. The configuration of TinyMCE and FCKEditor can now be set up in an extra file located in the webyep-system/program/opt folder: For FCKEditor the file must named “fckeditor_init.php” and for TinyMCE “tinymce_init.php”. This is a great improvement because now whenever WebYep is upgraded the extensions you have added to either of these two editors will be kept rather than over written.

Hi Richard
Here is a link for the file you will need if you plan to alter the standard plugins for the richtext action using TinyMCE:

http://max-izzat.co.uk/tinymce_init.zip

Un-archive the zip file and place the tinymce_init.php inside the “opt” folder which can be found in: webyep-system/program/opt/

From then on WebYep will use this as it’s plugin reference/setup.

If any one is interested I have setup tinymce to allow flash quicktime and other media to be recognised as valid file types. I will write up a proper tutorial when i get a chance but if anyone needs it straight away let me know.
