I’ve used them before, and have been very happy. Although I just found out today, with the help of the fellow who runs that website, that A Small Orange was purchased by EIG (Endurance International Group) about 6 months ago.
EIG has a reputation of purchasing web hosts, overselling their servers, and sending all support overseas. So far, there have been no changes on A Small Orange’s front, but the long term effects of it are yet to be seen.
