I downloaded the Trial Ver. of Freeway4 Pro and then purchased the program from Aquafadas who mailed me the registration number. Most software programs allows you to enter the registration number within the program, but with Freeway 4 pro this doesn’t seem to be the case.
How or where do I enter the number to get rid of “Trial Version”

I just installed it the other day, and from what I remember, you would click on the main menu > Freeway 4 Pro > Preferences and it should give you a dialog to enter your registration number.

You cannot register the trial version, you will need to download the
full version. If you mean you bought it from Softpress, you should
have received a link to download it in a separate e-mail.
You can always download the latest full version from <http://www.softpress.com/support/freeway4updates.php
(you will have to register your copy first at <http://www.softpress.com/support/register.php
).
