Resoures folder - where should it be?

Is there any defaults on where Freeway publishes the Resources folder (The one full of your main Resources)?

Seems it appears in a different place depending on what folders you have and which page is selected in the site palette.

What is the default behaviour?

The Resources folder is created inside your site folder, and if inside any folders IN your site folder. If you have multiple folders inside your site layout, you will have a Resources folder fo reach one. If you only have one main site folder, you will have just one Resources folder.

You’re not doing anything with those folders, are you? Because you don’t have to worry about them, as long as you are letting FW upload your files.

What I mean is…

I’ve noticed if you don’t select common resources (one folder for all), and you have other sub-folders, which in turn creates a resources folder for each. But only one is chosen to hold all the main images in one of these sub-folders.

Just interested to know what logic is used to pick a folder for the bulk of the resources. As it seems to move around depending on what pages are selected or deleted.

Selecting “common resources” stops this seemingly random shifting around.
