I would suggest using Flash or a Flash file generator. That is the only reliable way (at the moment) to have audio synced with interactive graphic animations. Even though there are no animations in this page, it would still be a good idea to do as all the audio would be in one Flash file instead mutiple files as would happen if you use the audio action that Freeway comes with. It takes far less time to download one file than many.

Do it in Flash. Don’t even think of trying to do it in HTML. If you
can’t do it in Flash I’m sure there are people here that could help.
It isn’t a difficult task.
