Safari 4 Final

I haven’t installed it yet, sorry. Maybe it moved somewhere else in
the menu structure. Look where Activity is (Window menu?) and see if
it’s there. It’s kinda related. I hear the new Network view is
amazing, of course the 3.0 version was pretty flash, too.

But no Show Network Timeline!

I am sorry I did!

Network Timeline isn’t mentioned in the Safari 4 Help section under Develop Menu whereas the others are and it is not in any of the other menus. B****cks! (A British colloquialism)

If you open the Web Inspector (Menu>Develop>Show Web Inspector) then
click the Resources tab, isn’t that what you’re looking for?

Yeah, it’s all been integrated into the same window now. Just open the
Inspector and the second tab along will give you a nice graph of
resource loading times.

You can also get a similar thing for Firebug (on Firefox) now. It’s
been developed by Google for their own internal tests but now released
for free. You can get it here:

You can also right-click somewhere on the page and select Inspect
Element from the contextual menu.
