The ‘background’ colour of my page in Freeway is E1E1E1. I’ve created a Photoshop file for a ‘background image’ which fades into E1E1E1. i.e. the background image should fade into the background colour.
But, when viewed in a browser the Photoshop “E1E1E1” is much darker!
The background image is saved as an RGB PNG file (Interlace: none).
Try using the Save For Web option in Photoshop and make sure the Convert to SRGB option is checked.

Or have it fade to nothing and set is a transparent png so the
Photoshop image will fade into the Freeway b/g?
