Saving window settings

Intaglio 3.0.1 under 4.10.11does not save the window’s setting unless
something was done other than changing the settings.

a) Draw a line in the middle of a small window.
b) Save
c) Close
d) Open
e) Blow the window to 400%
f) Scroll to re-center the line in the window
g) Save
h) Close
i) Open

The screen is just as it was after b), that is the window settings
have NOT been saved.

BUT

a) Draw a line in the middle of a small window…
b) Save
c) Close
d) Open
e) Blow the window to 400%
f) Scroll to re-center the line in the window

AND NOW, before saving,

f’) Draw another line
f") Delete the other line

g) Save
h) Close
i) Open

and this time the screen is just as it was after g), that is the
window settings have been saved.

A bit of a bother for me because I am processing dozens of files and
so had made a preliminary pass to blow the windows to 400% and re-
center the drawings.

Can the above be confirmed?

You can’t save unless you’ve made an undoable change to the drawing. I think you’ll find out that if you just zoom and scroll the save menu item is grayed out. You’re probably hitting command-S without noticing it’s not enabled.
