I’ve not heard of this script. Instead of going this route I suggest trying Cloudflare https://www.cloudflare.com, they offer a lot of features to increase load times, beef-up security etc. Many hosts now include it as part of cPanel or you can manage it through the above website. Free and paid plans.

As I understand it, they do alter and/or inject js code into your webpages. and serve them from nearby proxy servers. Do not know if I want that.

Aside from the speed bump I like that they offer a variety of other useful tools, many of them with the free account. Since you don’t need to modify your pages to use the service it’s very easy to disable/remove, just click a button and it’s gone.
