Can I change the lightbox to a fixed width and height and can I use a custom scrollbar withit?

If you mean within the lightbox overlay itself, not as far as I know.
You could probably simulate this by putting the page with the lightbox
inside an iframe. That would restrict the visible area of the lightbox
to the bounds of the iframe, but it would create other visual effects
you might not like.
