Scritptylightbox doesn't appear in Actions list

Ok so I’ve installed scriptylightbox. I drew an html item and went to insert>actions> and no lightbox or scriptylightbox. Mootools and youtube action both show up but no lightbox. I checked ~library/freeway/actions/general and there’s the lightbox action. Why can’t I see it in the actions list?

Nevermind. I just noticed the plus at the bottom of the actions pallet.

Besides - if you have the HTML item selected you would use Item>Actions>ScriptyLightbox to attach the action to the container.
