I’ve been looking for an action that scrolls HTML text up as if it were the dollar and/or pound/euro rotating number on the old gas pumps. It would scroll up slowly, then stop, then continue. Additionally, it would be cool if this action stops the text when the mouse goes over it. It would be key to have hyperlinks included in the scrolled material.
Anyone know anything that exists like this? I tried to code it myself and ended up with a mess.
