Scrolling Layer Action problems

I’m using the Scrolling Layers action set v1.5 on a page which is also using Target Show/Hide Layers and the Sequence Timer page action. Can anyone tell me if the later two actions are incompatible with the Scrolling Layers action or if there is a work-around solution.

The problem seems to be the page action “Sequence Timer” as soon as I remove this action from the page the Scrolling Layer action works fine. Has anyone got a work around for this?
