I had the same issue - the Anchor support said that could be caused by
permissions problems or transparency in the logo. I deleted the database
and did a full re-install and that fixed the issue. It seems to fix
everything – i’ve done a half-dozen complete reinstalls by now.
My question is: I cannot change the profile of picture of the admin. It just stays in 100% and that is it… hung.
Yeah, I’ve experienced the same problem. Another issue is that Anchor seems to be abandonware – it hasn’t been updated in a long time. Which is unfortunate, because the UI/UX design is actually really nice compared to other solutions. For now, I’ve switched over to FusionInvoice ($50, but really great customer support), which has very active development.
