I hope, this question doesn’t already exist. (Found nothing.)
Why does the senders name not appear in a email, when the page, from where the form comes, is in HTML 5? I had to go back to XHTML. Any ideas?

Most likely because you do not have the 3rd Tab ‘name’ field entered correctly as name (case sensitive, lower case)
If we can see your form online we can check it for you.
