Just started using Showcase today, great app, saves lots of time, but with one major problem - it always crashes on export when using PDF’s as it’s file source. Using standard Jpegs it’s fine, but when I use PDFs (which most of my files are, and an accepted file type in the manual) when I select ‘Export’, chose a file name and save, it crashes.
Anyone else have this problem? I’m using OS 10.7.2, 3gb ram, MacPro.
It would appear this got broken in Showcase 1.0.1. We will fix it in the next version of Showcase.
If you like, I can email you version 1.0.0 which will work with PDFs (although of course is missing some fixes), and you can use that until we release a version with this fixed.
