Hi chaps I have idvd and toast but neither seem able to make (without a lot of messing around) a simple DVD with a simple still as a menu background and one or maybe 2 buttons … anyone know of a simple (and fairly cheap) alternative please ? Best roger

If you have iLife you can use iDVD or iMovie, I forget which one is
which.

Open iDVD. New Project. Switch to 5.0 Themes, choose Full Frame '05. I
think that’s the simplest one there is (based on a cursory check).

Sorry chaps, I thought I’d replied to this, how rude … I dug a little deeper into iDVD (I have version 8) and it allows much more customisation so I managed to achieve what I needed (pretty poor quality but easier / cheaper than going to a bureaux ! Regards Roger
