Funny, I found that plugin (and others) last night via Twitter. I’m glad the Sketch API allows for such things. Is this not possible with FW’s current API?

It’s just barely possible – see my PlaceKitten Action for example – but you can’t select multiple things and perform actions on them, and you can’t intersect with the main menu in any manner at all. QuarkXPress pioneered that many years ago, it’s the one feature I wish Freeway had swiped above all others they did crib from Quark.
