this was done by creating each slave (main image) as a gif/png in photo-plop! It works fine, but it bugging me with how to set this up using multiple slave/layers/groups.
Not only to reduce page/files size but it will be simpler to initially create.
I have had an attempt, however can’t seem to get my head around it…gets messy with so many slaves/stickys etc
Have a blank canvas with only the ‘iphone image viewer’ in a seperate DIV x2 for the vertical and horizontal images.
Obviously if the initial pic is always vertical then the ‘horizontal iphone’ will need to be set to ‘intially hidden’, once the corrosponding thumbnail (1-12) is rollover over it then triggers that DIV ‘horizontal iphone’ to appear and the other 'vertical iphone to thus disappear!
A seemless look! Sounds easy…
However I want each thumb once rolled over to make the main image viewer sticky, untill another ‘different’ thumb is selected/rolled over.
Where it got differcuilt for me was that I also made the images that appear viewed on the ‘iphone’ seperate graphics with slaves on top, so a thumb is currently triggering the correct ‘iphone viewer’ aswell as the correct image on top of that from each corrosponding thumbnail!
I want to do it this way because it makes editing photos simple as they a just 200x100 graphics - not a 650x480 graphic .png in photoshop all on the same layer.
This way I only have to amend the thumbnail and select the correct salve# should I need to! Just thinking ahead - time saving
Confused me too, is it just me or am I overcomplicating things! Is there a correct way to make this happen!

The first link does work correctly, however the method used of a flat single .gif for each graphic is not what I would prefer to use!
My second link however does appear to work however the slaves for the 2 horizontal images (thumbs 4 and 9) are a bit bodged!
I can’t get them to be sticky once rolled out like the other thumbs, due to getting my head around the slaves… there is also a small ‘blank’ glitch between rolloving out/over them, in that for a slight instance there is no image at all - roll over/out slowly to see what I mean!
