Sleek template menu

Good morning,

I am trying to build a site with the “sleek” template. Of course there is some adjustments to do. I want to change the text of the rollover buttons, but no matter how I try, the text always kinda jumps back to what it was. I tried on the master page and on the individual pages, but I just cant make any change ? Am I overlooking something here, is it not selecting and overtyping, out must one do it in another way, that I am not aware of?
Our is it not possible to adapt templates?

Looking at the template I suspect you are changing the text for the
rollover which sits above the main nav bar text. If you preview the
page and roll over an item you’ve changed the text for I would imagine
that the text will update.
To change the text as you intended click on the cog icon in the foot
of the site panel and select ‘show items’. Select the item called
‘Link1’ for the fist link in the nav bar and hit the return key. This
will select the text box and put you in a position where you can edit
the text content. repeat the process for the rollover text
(‘Link1rollover’ for the first one) and you should be done.
Regards,
Tim.
