Slideshow rollover action

I’ve been looking at slideshow actions for Freeway, but I was hoping that someone could point me to one where you can have an image transition or rolllover when one mouses over the gallery’s main image?

Reason I ask this is that I would like to make a gallery of retouched images and be able to show a before-and-after when the pointer/cursor hovers over the main image.

Am totally new to Freeway and this forum so apologies if this has been addressed in the past.

Try this :

  1. Make each pair of before and after images a Group and apply the
Rollover Action to activate the two states.

  2. Draw an HTML box to hold the Group.

  3. Insert the Group, inline, into the HTML box (e.g. as if you ere
    inserting text).

  4. Choose the HTML box from the site panel and apply the Target Show/
    Hide Action.

You can now trigger the combined HTML box/Group with a thumbnail image
in the usual way and, when you mouse over it ,it should change states.

Let us know how you get on (in case I’m wrong!).

Hello Colin,

Many thanks for the suggestion. Will try to do it over the coming weekend and inform you guys of the results.

And just want to let you know that, as a total newbie to this Freeway/website constructing stuff, I am truly appreciative of the replies I’ve been getting in this forum.

All the best,
Mario
