Weaver, any idea why the smooth scrolling action doesn’t seem to be working any more in FW5Pro? Cheers :slight_smile:

It works fine for me, but beware a few times I applied it as a folder action and it corrupted my file save. So, beware. May not happen to everybody, but it happened to me a few times.

Thigns to keep in mind with FW5:

  • Scriptaculous actions and the Mootools Suite don’t play nice together. Any instance of actions like ‘Transition FX’ (or any other ‘…FX’ action) with an ‘effect’ defined causes this clash.

  • Note Paul’s point about manually migrating actions to the FW5 action folder: http://www.freewaytalk.net/thread/view/30225

  • It is altogether possible something ‘broke’ in the transition to FW5. Admittedly, I have not been able to give much love to FW5 lately, but I personally have not run into anything significant while updating and playing around in FW5.
