Softpress Web Gallery

Hi All,

Softpress used to have a huge gallery of customers’ websites on their
own site. I can’t seem to find it now. Does anyone know if it still
exists?

Thanks,

Richard

Hi Richard,

The gallery didn’t make the cut when we redesigned our website. We are working on a new solution that will be much better for everyone. We don’t have an ETA yet but in the mean time you can look at the old on here http://2011.softpress.com/galleries/freeway/.

I hope this helps.

I built the first generation version of this, back in 2003 or so. I can easily imagine why it didn’t make the cut. It was never searchable, you could only go one category at a time and page through the results. It was very heavily trafficked by Google (as are most parts of the Softpress site – one of the benefits of being on the Web at the same address since 1996 or so) and so you may be remembering that results from the gallery would pop up in a Google search for a particular designer’s name.

Chris, thanks. I had no idea there were so many websites represented
there!
