I’m trying to do something similar to this page:

When you click on the “learn more about” any of the pastors on that page, their bio opens up in a new window. Here’s my attempt to mimic this:

About half way down the page, click the headshot photo.
What I’d like is to have the new “window” open when you hover over the picture (not a separate window at all). But I have no idea what that’s called, let alone how to do it.
For now, opening in a new window that is properly sized will suffice.

PS. I’ve tried “link to new window” and the “spawn new window action.”

I think you want to use Target Show/Hide Layer but as you are an Express user I don’t know if that is possible.
Time to upgrade?

I just realized it said Freeway 4 Express, but I am using Freeway 5 Pro

Then you will be fine using Target Show/Hide Layer
It is just that the headers of the URL that you posted said the site was created by 4.3 Express yesterday.
