As far as the niche I know and I know it’s not a necessity but my competitors are selling about 10,000 of these a month. The clicks can all be seen on analytics or get clicky. If their going to the buy page they’re interested in buying. I believe the number is something like 20-25 that have gone to the buy page with 0 sales. Thanks.

any suggestions would be helpful also - any thoughts on the store questions I asked before too.

Mike did an adwords campain.
And what did that tell you. How many clicks?
And what is normal click to buy ration for that sort of product? And how do his products compare (price wise) with the competition?
One thing I would say is that I would default the product display (sort by) option to low to high.
A major thing that you should consider is that there is no real contact information. ie there is no actual street address or telephone number evident on the site - unless I missed it - and if I did it was because it is not obvious enough!
Browsers do not become purchasers for a lot of reasons and if they think that the ‘company’ has no real physical presence - where do I go if I have a problem - then there will be no trust and no sale.
And yes maybe you should use a Buy Now (rather than add to bag) button that takes them straight to the cart - I think it unlikely that anyone will want to purchase more than 1 product at a time.
And if they do there is still a link at checkout to ‘Continue Shopping’ if they want to add more.
Thank you - you just repeated what I told him in the beginning. now I will “forward” your suggestion so that he hears it from somewhere else.
Thank you!
Julie
