stumped, i am

hello all

take a look at www.stuartawilkinson.com/artwork.html

now, on the thumbnails the second on in off the top row has a rollover action,
then the main image has the action target hide/show layer, as with all the other thumbnails.

as you can see all the other thumbnails work (throughout the whole site) with exception to this one.

i have deleted the file and imported them again.
re-applied the actions, but it wont work.

for some reason whatever i place in that position it just wont work.

i did link it to another picture same target group, but changed the mouseover number, to see if it would show a different image that was on the page and to see if there was a problem with it
guess what that worked.

i really cant see whats wrong with it the rest of every image on the website works.

whats going on ???

Found your missing image!

The link and rollover is working but the target image is out of view above the page. Check out the positioning co-ordinates of the image in the Inspector. You’ll most likely find that it’s being placed relative to the BOTTOM of the page, rather than the top.
Safari’s Inspect Element feature says it’s there but it took the Web Development tools in Firefox to ferret it out!

they are all fixed at 386 ??

in theory i see what you saying but as i look at it in freeway i can see all the pictures and they are all in place ready to do there magic.

or am i looking at the wrong thing ??

Sometimes things look right in Freeway but not in the browser.

Madmacstoo is correct: AbstractFlight1 is the only image which has its position defined from the bottom of the page. For each image, look in the inspector panel under “Dimensions” to see how its position is defined. If the top right of the six buttons is active, the position is defined from the top of the page. If the bottom right one is active, the position is defined from the bottom.

Just click on the top right positioning button to activate it for the AbstractFlight1 image and all should be well.

Do us a favour - when you write any site address, write the whole
thing, like:

http://www.grdesigns.net

That way it appears as a clickable link in the post and saves us all a
lot of time if we want to have a look at it.

best wishes,

Hi Swimmer35

Is this possibly something to do with the Product drop down menu selection that doesn’t display properly in FF.

Take this off the page and reupload and check it then.

It may be something to do with the way this has been put together.

I would guess that ‘Multiple’ has been selected in the inspector, if
it is to show as a single selection menu list then the ‘Multiple’
option needs to be de selected but this should not affect the buttons.

Not sure what the problem is but maybe putting the form elements and
text into a table might help here.

We have PHP4 and PHP5 on our servers. To get a file to be run in PHP5 you can simply name the file something.php5

or if you need to have the file ending in .php, but want it to run in PHP5 then you can specify the following in a htccess file.

SetEnv DEFAULT_PHP_VERSION 5

This means any file ending in .php with be executed as PHP5 rather than PHP4.
