Anyone know why a “Submit” would show up as " Submit Query" in windows firefox and IE? And ow to fix so it just says Submit.

In the third tab of the Inspector, while that button is selected, put whatever you would like in the Value field, and that will become the button text. An input of type=submit will have a default appearance and text if you don’t specify the value, this is different on each browser. By adding the value, you make it unambiguous what you want the button to “say”.
