I try to save simple drawings as SVG.
But it always fails.
I always get an error message stating that :
“Can’t complete this command.
This file does not exist.”
I tried to save Intaglio file as SVG too, and got same error. I use v3.3, and MacOS v10.7.4. I don’t use any “space character” for the filename. I can’t understand what is wrong.

I haven’t had much luck either nakashi. If I open up an SVG file made from intaglio in Qcad, it get a kind of large asterisk! Lots of line pointing to a central point. But export the same file from Qcad to intaglio, no problem.
Have you emailed Nick?

Tom

I confirmed that there is no problem with old PPC v10.4.11.
So this problem is Lion’s problem?
Have tried to export SVG. No problem in Snow Leopard.

It explains how some programs insert comments which may not be understood by other programs. It also says that because SVG doesn’t embed fonts, these can also cause problems.
